The proposed single user development ATTC is located within the Seletar Aerospace Park. The project was developed and incorporated with guideline set out by JTC and CAAS.
The design development entailed to achieve the user requirements for aviation maintenance training, MRO and R&D purposes. The complx consists of a hangar and part 3 story multi usage spaces (workshop; training rooms; simulator room; R&D labour; multi-purpose hall and office) unified together.
